What is \" tdc_dirty_content\" on the custom field ?

I have these two categories showing up in my text editor since I enabled custom fields.
What is tdc_dirty_content? ?

And why the “post views count” is at 0 on all the article ? Should I activated something to get the views count ?

tdc_dirty_content and _wpb_vc_js_status are some post meta -> https://i.imgur.com/3BU1HN8.png ; For the post view count you will have to activate the Ajax counter as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/TBtcNhnn

Thank you, what hapened if I deleted it for some articles ?

I did it for several articles thinking they were junk files
