What is the difference between Source and Via in posts?

Hi,

Via is a normal field for the provider/s of article source ( In the online article or blog post this have the sense of “from”).
The source represents the place/article were you take the information.

Thank you.

Hi,

This is just an example.
I think the correct way would be:
VIA NAME: Viju V ( or newspaper).
VIA URL: https://Viju.com ( or https://newspaper.com )
SOURCE NAME: What is the difference between Source and Via in posts?
SOURCE URL: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/what-is-the-difference-between-source-and-via-in-posts/

Thank you.

Hi,
I satisfied with your example but still have confusion in “Subtitle:” and “Quote on blocks:”.
Will you please explain me with an example.
Also, let me know the benefit of doing this because of both “VIA” and “SOURCE” has rel nofollow Link…
Thanks a lot

Hi,

This is a final example for my website.

VIA NAME: Softfully | Daily Software Giveaways
VIA URL: https://www.softfully.com
SOURCE NAME: KMPlayer
SOURCE URL: http://www.kmplayer.com/

Please let me know if this is the correct way or not because we have thousands of posts to edit.

My site Homepage is: https://www.softfully.com
Above example is taken from the page is: https://www.softfully.com/multimedia/players/kmplayer/

Above example in VIA NAME I have added domain name and tagline so is this right?

Thank you.

Hi,

The Subtitle (titling), is an explanatory or alternate title of a article in addition to its main title; this text will appear under the title.
Quote on blocks: this is referring to that if the blocks were is showing this article support quote

I think your second example is correct.

Thank you for your understanding.
