What is this homepage section called where "Latest Articles/Recipes" is?

SECTION AT ISSUE: Bottom of homepage where it says “Latest Recipes,” where the right sidebar widgets are.

QUESTION:
How do I edit that section? Is that a block? It doesn’t activate when I hover over it on TD Composer. I’ve looked for it in the Theme Panel but cannot seem to find any way to edit it, even to change the sidebar widgets to the left side.

Please help! Urgent.

Hi,

That section from this demo -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_recipes/ is Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination and is set from page template the latest articles can be edited from backend using Gutenberg or classic editor -> https://i.imgur.com/pTugF7D.png the sidebar is set from here -> https://i.imgur.com/bpLpWf1.png and can be edited in Appearance> widgets => https://imgur.com/pDlZ5eM
