What is this and why I can’t see this on Firefox 28? Is this area customizable?

Hi,
Is a box for more stories when you scroll down the page, you can configure that from Theme panel -> Post settings http://screencast.com/t/s5lA53tB

I can’t see “more stories box” on Firefox. This is the problem. 🙂 On Chrome and IE the box is visible, no problem.
