The theme uses custom thumbs which are used on modules and they are defined in functions.php – http://screencast.com/t/b2KKDjfQ – you can check the documentation for more information on the modules – https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-and-blocks/ – If you don’t use all blocks/modules you could delete or comment the lines that generates the thumbs used on the unused blocks/modules.

I’ve tried to disable all plugins to check if one may cause this issue but now i cannot log in.
Please resend the credentials via email at contact@tagdiv.com , also include ftp access.
Disable all plugins except for Visual Composer and Disqus, disable the CDN and if you use an external cache disable it.
