i did all the steps but the whatsapp icon did not shown on mobile and tablet

please advice

what i missing here ?

Hi

The whatsapp icon is not available in V 2.3.7. I’ve mentioned in previous topic that you will need some customizations in theme’s code in order to achieve the desired result or update the theme at V 3. If you’re not aware of the required customizations my advice is to update the theme as this is the easiest way to get that icon.
