I have used the caching plugin that you recommended WP Super Cache but the problem persists.

Hi,

The super cache plugin has a setting to prevent the issue you mention from happening, please make sure it is active -> https://i.imgur.com/LyNdtD3.png Clear the cache if you have to activate it.

However, I believe you are also using another cache, the one provided by the siteground hosting -> https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/sg-optimizer/supercacher/

So despite installing the super cache and configuring it correctly, there is another cache active, so the issue isn’t solved.

I suggest checking the siteground cache configuration, mainly activating a setting mentioned in the siteground tutorial -> https://i.imgur.com/cQLUcHr.png

Then clear all the caches, and the issue should not happen anymore. Let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

I’ve implemented the settings that you mentioned but the issue persists.

Also I’m not using both caching plugins at the same time, I’ve just been testing each one.

Hello @xhylyx1nr!

Please make sure the other cache plugins are not active anymore and see the changes.

Thank you!

Hi,

Yes I’ve done that its still not working. The issue is not resolved.

This issue is very problematic since the page load times are terrible without caching enabled.

Hello @xhylyx1nr!

Please check and uninstall all the non tested plugins with our theme. Ask your host provider about this issue too.

Thank you!

I have done so. They said that the problem is coming from the theme.

I’ve uninstalled all other caching plugins.

Hello @xhylyx1nr!

You need to be sure that you use only one cache plugins (the recommended one) and not any other caching tools(could be provided by host).

Thank you!
