Hey! I have a problem! When i modify anything in footer and i clic Save is not happening anything.

Try to clear all caches, deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer active and test again, also verify the console for any errors while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.

Increase max_execution_time at least at 300 and the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000. Those values are set in php.ini file so try to access it but note that some hosts may restrict the access at this file, if you don’t have access to it contact your host provider and let him know about this situation. Also check the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT from wp-config.php file, here it’s a guide regrading this

Hello, same problem here , i just disabled all plugins and nothing happens. when i install a fresh version everything works, but after a while this happens. can you help me please ?

Please make sure that the max_execution_time is set at 300 and the max_input_vars itțs bigger than 2000. Also check in browser console while saving the settings if there are any errors related with admin-ajax.php file. Usually are displayed some 403 or 404 errors. If those errors appear in console you should contact your host provider and let him know about this.
