I have tested your website on mobile and the menu and search functionality seems to work as expected. Where is the problem? Try to clear all of your caches, purge CND files and check the results.

The menu and the search field open when I touch them, but the page goes to the top. I’ve tested on many browsers and mobile phones

Try to reinstall the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. I cannot recreate the issue to my end. If the problem is still there, you should provide some useful screenshots of the problem.
