when i try to edit post some of feature not click able

hello i try to add read more tag on my post & change image feature . Got problem when I try to click on add read more tag on text editor nothing happen . Also image feature when I click to image that i want to change nothing happen as well.

Please advice !!!!

This issue may be caused by a conflict between the theme and some plugins. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test the site again.
