I can’t seem to get TagDiv to edit portions of my home page. When I hover over what I believe to be a block element TagDiv Composer doesn’t recognize it as an element as it does for the items above (in this case the Big Grid 5 element with the arts stories). Hover down a bit to Latest News and TagDiv Composer doesn’t recognize “Latest News” or the item “-Advertisement-” How can I have configured the page outside of TagDiv?

Please note that you can edit only the cloud templates with the tagdiv composer.
If you use standard templates, then the settings are in the theme panel settings.
But I suggest you to use a PRO demo, for example: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/

That is pretty much what I am using for my home page. I will check the native settings.

I see that you use the page template.
Please edit the page normally in the editor and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination, and these are not editable by the tagDiv Composer plugin.
