I have two problems:
when trying to activate the “tagDiv Composer” plugin, the site stops working and writes on a white background:
“A critical error has occurred on the site. Please check your admin mail inbox for further instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
when trying to activate the “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugin in the plugins menu, it says that the plugin is activated but shows another problem:
“PLUGINS DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY – The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper: tagDiv Cloud Library”
how do I activate these plugins and avoid the error?

Please delete the plugins and try to install a theme from Newspaper -> Plugins.

Unfortunately, your advice does not help me, I installed the plugins exactly from the section you show me on the screenshot ( and I get the error I told you about above ) , this is the latest version of the plugins
in order to restore the site, I have to rename the plug-in folder on my server, only after that the site starts working
