Hello !
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

It appears to be the WebP Express plugin. Are there any future plans to have the theme, or tagdiv plugins, which support WebP?

At the moment we are not aware of any implementation in order to make the tagDiv products to support the WebP Express Plugin.
