where can I put Webmaster Tools verification html code

Where can I put my Webmaster Tools verification html code for Alexa, google , bing.
It was there but unfortunately during the migration to the new theme it get lost.

Please suggest me where should
1. I place it ( Appearance – > Editor – > )
2. on which Template
3. exact location in the code

You can put them manually in your header.php (you have to make this step each time when update your theme)
or
Use Yoast.

In Newspaper you can use only GA script

Note for verification code for Google, etc., it’s actually easier to just download the html files and keep them in the root of your domain, and then as part of your backups. This way it’s not tied to a theme, or plugin. Yoast SEO, if used, also has blanks for this so you don’t have to modify any theme files.

Well it depends on what method you used. Your files will be intact when changing hosts so you will not have to re-create the modification as the files do not change. Just the host.
