I think everything that appears now is an “alt tag.” Why are they set to h2?

Unfortunately, I do not understand the language from your screens, sorry! Also, I do not know what tool do you use?
Maybe you are referring to the H2 post titles from the blocks that are set on the page menu -> https://i.imgur.com/vOiEE5g.png to check it, please go in Appearance > Menu and remove the page id from the menu element “보증업체”.
