I can’t find where to change the main names: “ABOUT US”, “CONTACT”, “FOLLOW US”

Try and check Newspaper>Theme Panel>Translations and expand the “Translations” option. Search for those three terms and replace with what you want in the empty boxes provided then save.

Having trouble setting it up and need a push in the right direction to set up. ( I understand the image and text but the shop part and sidebar is messing me up)
That’s beyond my knowledge man (I am just a community member like you). I hope @catalin-l can help. But if you want your site to look like the demo, then you need to import the exact demo from the Newspaper Theme Panel to your site.

Great looking site. Is there an easy way to get the “Get Free Email Updates” box you have on the right side under your Let’s Connect. This looks great. I can’t seem to find it in my Elements when building the page. Any thought?
Thank you for the compliment. The feature is not part of the theme. I am using a plugin called https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-wp/ but through a MailChimp account to show the boxes.
