Hi,

If you want to insert some JavaScript in header you can use The option from the Newspaper>Theme panel>Analytics/JS Codes

In this way your JavaScript will not be lost if you update the theme.

If you want to past the code in header file the file in wp-content\themes\Newspaper\header.php

Сегодня на хостинге баги с утра наблюдаются, может по этой причине только так выводится.
