Sidebar ads are enabled, but how is the ad content added, or where is the ad tag?

Notice that sidebar is custom made exclusively for displaying our demos and it’s not designed to display some blocks or modules in it, sorry! If you want to activate this, you should change the following parameter from here -> http://www.screencast.com/t/HMJC8F923oL from false to true.
