Hi,
That looks like an auto ad (auto placed ads from Google)
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/160534?hl=en
These ads may appear anywhere in the website, but for this to happen you have to enter the auto ads code in the theme header – https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7480616?hl=en-GB
Maybe you entered such a code, if you don’t want these ads to appear you have to remove it.
