where we can state footer logo width and height?

On my website http://www.estambul.net I am using both header and footer logo but i see that footer logo is without width and height statements.

where i can add these?

Hi,

The footer logo is added with logo widget. I don’t know exactly what your are trying to do, the logo is resizing automatically(till 100%) when you change footer layout from Theme Panel: http://screencast.com/t/57hXHOo41Gm – http://screencast.com/t/NO3V0wDea
I have checked your site and it looks fine and the image is at maximum size – http://screencast.com/t/lc5rnoqoLLaX
When you are using footer on 3 columns layout the max width for your logo image is 326px: http://screencast.com/t/PjuhPWIiX

wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/widgets/td_footer_logo_widget.php
I have edited necessary places.
