Hi,

That number represents the number of comments that the post received. When the post receives comments, it will change accordingly. It can be disabled in the theme panel for blocks and modules

Comments may be included anywhere. The number “0” just to be different? For example, on “Comments” or something else. Did not seem to visitors that the “0” reviews.

Hi,

Unfortunately I do not understand exactly what you mean. Like I mentioned above, that is a comment count. It displays the number of comments the post has received on your website. You can disable the comment count, if you do not want it to display.
If there is a problem with the comments, please provide more specific details so we can understand better.
