I want to add the pixel code in between <head> and </head> tags.
And I want it to load on every webpage.
Where is the theme editor and which placement do I add this code within the editor?

Is no need to edit the theme files, you can set that code in theme panel > analytics/js codes -> https://i.imgur.com/T9Y4Gy4.png here you can set all the code you have and it need to be set between <head> and </head> tags.
