Which license for Newspaper with paywall?

I am a journalist an I want to use the Newspaper theme for a wordpress site with a paywall covering almost 100percent of the posts. Users/Readers have to become paying subscribers. Which license do I have to purchase, the regular or extended one? I was irritated by the passage on https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard:
“Note to freelancers and creative agencies:
You may charge your client for your services to create an end product, even under the Regular License. But you can’t use one of our Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs.”

Hi,

That concerns freelancers that create a website for the purpose of selling the end product, to multiple clients.
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/extended
You can purchase the regular license since you will not be selling the end product.

So, just to make sure, selling content with the help of the theme does not mean “selling the end product”? That’s good news.

Yes that is correct, you can choose the regular license for the theme without any concerns.
