Hello, in social counter at Feed subscriber count I entered the url http://feeds.feedburner.com/leggionline/boin but on frontend the button links to http://www.leggionline.info/feed/
Why?

The theme will not pull information from an external feed. The counter specifically says to enter the number of subscribers not an url: https://www.screencast.com/t/kgF78qg2cV
The link will always be your wordpress feed page and not an external page.
