I am new in this area, so I would like to ask if there is a way or hack to have white news template on daily hours and night aka black news theme on night time.
I am thinking changing the style based on server time, but in the future I would like to have the option for the user to change the style to black.

To have a night mode you can use a plugin like WP Night Mode ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-night-mode/#description ), you need to install it, activate it, go in Appearance > Menus ad a custom links ( https://www.screencast.com/t/aBqSBdfVdo ) expand the Night Mode and put wp-night-mode in css classes ( if is not show at the top of page, in right corner you have Screen Options, expand it and check on css classes box https://www.screencast.com/t/RgauFw70w )
