White screen when I try to edit existing pages

Hi,

When I click “edit with TD composer” to edit a page I get a loading animation on a white screen and after a few seconds the animation disappears and I am left with a plain white screen. Hence I can’t edit existing pages, please help.

Hi teacherofsci,
Usually this problem appears for users that use the last woocommerce version (v4.7.0) with an old theme version. If you have that woocommerce version then you have two options:
1. Update the theme to v10.3.8 -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
2. Downgrade the plugin, (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/), scroll down to the ADVANCED OPTIONS section and download the version 4.6.2. from the dropdown menu – https://i.imgur.com/PVrn6RZ.png. Install this version on your website. Using the 4.6.2 version, your website will work smoothly
