white space above header

When I look at my website on my phone there is white space above the header. How do I get rid of that?

Also is there a side by side block setting that will show up that way on a phone? Similar to wikihow?

Hi,

I’ve tried clearing the mobile device cache and am still having the same issue. I’ve also tried it from an IPhone6 and the same thing is happening. I’ve also tried from Google Chrome on the Android phone and the problem persists.
