We even provide support on forum for user that no longer have a valid support period, only to improve the support and help the customers to fix the problems they are facing.

If you want to provide wp-admin access, then you need to contact us via mail, for this you need to have a license key that still has a support period active, to be sure that you have a full backup for your website and database and to provide wp-admin and cPanel access, also do not forget to mentioned the problems you are facing. If there is a problem in the theme, be solution-oriented by examining the reasons. If you really know this business, you will solve the problem and do it. But I doubt you know this business, it’s not about producing solutions by presenting prepared articles.
