Could you let me know what is the issue and how to solve it?

Hello Allen!

If a code is displaying in your frontend, then this means some plugins are deactivated.
Make sure you have the TagDiv Composer, tagdiv Cloud Library installed and activated.
You need the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.

Hello!

Edit the post normally (not with the TagDiv Composer) and please check if you set up an excerpt in the settings. Please check our documentation to know how you can control the excerpt length: https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/

I have checked the setup but it still has issues:

Is that the issue occur because we use Janpanese?

Hi xyq146353, unfortunately, yes, the problem with the excerpt is because of the language. You need to set the excerpt on letters because it can not recognize the words -> https://i.imgur.com/10kyM5l.png
