Try to restore the permalinks, please go in settings and click on save:

Have the same issue, restoring permalinks doesn’t work. For some reason to open an amp post you need to put /?amp instead of /amp.

-Update -> Resaving Permalinks will work. But you need to actually click the Permalinks tab under Settings, doing as in the screenshot did not work.
