Why are different mobile theme designs for different user roles?

Why does a guest and a registered user (administrator) see different mobile theme designs?
This mobile page sees unregistered user https://designer.kz/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/1.jpg
and this I see as admin https://designer.kz/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/2.png

I’m using WP Super Cache plugin, and don’t use Mobile Theme plugin.

Please edit with tagdiv Composer and check if you hide the row/column for visitors or vice versa -> https://i.imgur.com/GNdwU8k.png
