Why Are My Sidebar Banner Ads Not Hyperlinking

I added links to my banner images so that they would direct to clients’ websites, but they are not redirecting. Please advise.

Hi,

I think you don’t set correctly the link. You need to set an entire link with http://… . Also, please provide some screenshots and the link

Hello,

I just investigate and I think the problem is the pin button on Pinterest. So please try to disable the plugin or disable the option for this.
Also, have you checked for a plugin conflict?

I would like to take a look and see what can be done there. Please make a full backup to all files and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
–wp-admin URL and credentials
-FTP/cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.
