I set up Cloudflare for my site. Admin pages, images etc are https and the chrome says those are safe pages as you can see:
But on my homepage, it says it may not be safe. It says the attackers may change the images and deceive you.
I uploaded all the images, banners on the homepage to my own server, and all their direct links are safe, protected by ssl (shown on https)
I can be wrong but are all your links HTTPS.
You can use a plugin like really simple SSL to ensure all links are ssl.
Ensure any third party links on your page is also https otherwise you are not completely safe.

Use the Chrome web browser, hit F12 for console view to see just WHAT is not loading securely on your website. Remember if you have direct URLs to stuff like logos, those need to be secure URLs in the theme panel, also.
