Why does my site menu have a delay before it is visible?

Hi there,
It seems the navigation bar on my site has a transition delay, preventing it from being immediately visible. Instead it can take a second or two before it appears. I have been unable to find a setting for this.

Thank you Anamaria. I ended up swapping out the header for another one. Which resolved the issue.

Now the issue I am facing (seemingly since changing the header and footer with the cloud template library — although that might just be a coincidence) is that I can’t open the TagDiv editor any more. The loader animation is all that displays, along with the side bar.

I have tested it with all non-TagDiv plug-ins disabled, and it refused to load. I notice a few errors in the browser console:

Thanks. That fixed it.
Very strange that some odd symbol got in there. There was only one revision. I literally installed the cloud template, then removed (deleted)some unneeded elements from it. And changed the default menu it was displaying. And it was during that process I was suddenly unable to load the editor. I didn’t add anything in, so I have no idea how odd symbols got in there.
