Check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot save the panel settings.

Hello inalessandria,

I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins and leave just to active only the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Also, you should check this problem with your hosting provider because it would be some problem caused by your dedicated server. Ask help from them because they would help you in this case.
