Hi,
Please make sure that you have the last version of theme, Newspaper v10.2, and check again, also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.

I have Newspaper v10.1 and it says it is up to date. No update in wordpress.

Hi,
Sometimes the envato plugin do not check the theme update in real time.
Also did you check the plugins? sometime it is a plugin that create conflicts.
