Why Facebook Like is 0 in Social Counter in Sidebar

It shows always 0 in Facebook Count in Sidebar…

my page has more than 5k liks, but it shows 0 here…
how can we solve it?

On Appearance -> widgets you have to set 4 facebook fields on the “social counter” widget.
Facebook id: This can be found on your facebook page url after Facebook.com/*here*
Facebook App Id: Found here https://developers.facebook.com/ (login select your app name)
Facebook Security Key: Also found here https://developers.facebook.com/
Facebook Access Token: Generated by clicking a button after after you fill the previous fields.

After doing that it took some hours for me to start showing up.

Maker sure that you’re using V 3.2 of Social Counter plugin which is included in last theme version available on themeforest and also set it according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ Also try to clear the cache memory then test again.

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using an older version of the theme. Please update the theme at v 2.3.7 which is available on themeforest and also update Social Counter plugin at V 3.2 which is included in theme’s path, clear all caches then test again. Hello, all very well, thank you very much for the reply. Update the theme as shown in the tutorial you sent me via FTP. Then update the plugin (remove them and climbed those who downloaded the new version of the song) and still without the number of followers appear on Facebook 🙁

Questions:
1- As I know when an update is the theme or plugin that come with the theme?
2- The theme that comes with the plugin always updated and erasing which is up the new one is downloaded from ThemeForest?
3- What happened to the template of us on the subject? it was done with the visual composer plugin. What is the license to activate this plugin?

1. I’ve checked your site an now Social Counter plugin works fine: http://screencast.com/t/Qo0F3ZXGw
2. When the theme is updated in its patch are always included latest versions of each available plugins which are tested and should work fine.
3. You can ignore the activation message as Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with the theme and you don’t need a license key for it.
