Why I can't pass Google Core Vitals?

Can you please explain to me what else has to be done to pass google core vitals? I really have no idea.
Is it even possible to pass GCV with this theme?

Please note that the speed of your website is determined by everything that you have on your website. This is not a test to pass, it is a test that determines how well your website is optimized and we think that you have it spot on. In order to pass the 100% speed you will have to start looking at all the little things that may slow you down.
