Why is TagDiv Editor Not Available on Category Pages or Posts?

Hi there,

There’s a few weird things going on with our site, (https://www.madinmexico.org – it’s not open to public yet) but wondering generally why I would not be able to edit a category or post page with the TagDiv editor as I am able with pages and the homepage? The green button that appears on the top, is not there for these types….can anyone shed light on this?

Hello Karin,

Unfortunately, I can’t access your website to verify what template you use, but if the name of the template is like this https://www.screencast.com/t/0Zp7lhMjLZ43, then you can’t edit it with tagDiv Composer, to can edit with tagDiv Composer you need to import a cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and assign it, you can check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0 the steps are the same to import any template.
