Why Live CSS editor is showing up in production?

Hello,

We are using Newspaper Theme and wrote some custom CSS in Live CSS. We just noticed that in production (no logged in WordPress user), we see CSS is showing in 2 places and one is part of the HTML, where Live CSS editor is hidden. We have removed the css from live css but we noticed that the editor html + css is showing in the html. Not only is the css duplicated unnecessarily but also there is unnecessary code. Hi,

This is already on our list, but unfortunately no changes have been made in the matter so far.
We will prioritize this if possible and something will be done regarding the Live CSS editor functionality as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
