Hi,

It seems that you do not have the theme active at the moment, on your website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WYcRALalzv6
The default WordPress theme is active. Please activate the theme and then we will inspect the issue with the modal feature.
If you have followed the steps exactly as described in the guide, there should be no problem with the modal image feature.
