One of my other website is also using Newspaper theme and in that the preview is like this: https://ibb.co/XpksJVz which is correct, matching the site’s theme.

Hi,
Unfortunately this is a bug in the last version of the theme, in order to fix it, please de-activate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.
