Hello,

I use the las version of newspapper, with WP super cache, joast by seo, etc… but when I seach my web in Google “site:mywebsite.com” I can see a wrong pagination:

– domain.com (ok)
– domain.com/category (ok)
– domain.com/post-title (ok)
– domain.com/page/7 (What??)
– domain.com/page/75 (what again??)
– domain.com/page/133 (¿?¿?¿?¿? really?)

I can not understand what is happening.

Google sitemaps is ok, checked a thousand times. Sitemaps configuration is ok in Joast plugin.

Is a theme error possible? Any misconfiguration of the theme?

Thanks

Hi,

I could not say exactly why Google is displaying those results in the search, maybe you could ask for some explanations or solutions on this forum
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/webmasters
Present the situation there in a topic, they might have a more accurate answer or solution.
There should not be any sub pages like that displayed in the search results, since these pages do not exist on your website. They seem to redirect to the homepage when accesed.

Thanks
