why newspaper have a better support ?

all we know newspaper is Best seller theme, but we ( newsmag user ) also Deserve support..

our Questions still waiting . and our site need to still up without any problem
With all due respect to the support team, but alin must back to newsmag .. not only newspaper

Yes, it seems they abandoned the Newsmag forum in the last few days a little. I’m still waiting too for solutions on my issues.

Lewis, probably helps not posting same things more than once like “how to hide things on mobile…” which is asking for custom programming help to do stuff theme not setup for out of the box …

posting yet another question here like this just slows down the whole process because guess what ? now somebody at tagdiv support has to answer this post !
