I need to know how to change the giant play icon on some of my post.
Is the first time it happends and all I try does not work.

Hello Celene Londono,

I guess that you are referring to the Red Play button, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yoHhoaKeIGiq, right? So, please notice that button comes from YouTube and the theme does not have any settings that allow you to handle it, sorry!
If is not what you mean, provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
