Hi,
I use ad inserter shortcode in one of your widget but its not supposed to show in some articles however this is different as it breaks this rule and renders on every pages.

Hello !
If you are using only one post template and you have inserted the adbox there, it will render everywhere. You will have to use 2 templates. Only one of them using the adBox.
