Widget header background appear after update

Hi how to remove the widget header background? it appeared after update. and there is no options to remove it? Here is the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/eL4G5Nk

Hello!

This seems to be from a plugin which you use or from a code because we don’t have this kind of widget in our theme.
Please try to set it again and see the results!

Hi its just a normal widget function in wordpress. I didnt install any widget plugin or css plugins. the item below is table of contents plugin but the header is still using the original wordpress widget header.

Theres a css code “:before”

How do i remove that?
