Your image is blurry because you do not use the thumb. Also, when you load an image on your website from Media Gallery you should use the natural size of image, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9qWW4KpUb

Your natural size of the image is 620*631px but the theme will crop it to 300*305px to occupy the space where this is placed. You should use another image for this location or also, you should change the position of it
to be displayed in full size.

Unfortunately, this is not a simple task because if you will increase it you might damage the theme layout. Please keep in mind that it is the default size of the thumb which fit this section and the theme was designed in this way.
