Widgets Visibility option are not showing in Newspaper 6 Version, is this right or problem in my theme ??

The theme doesn’t have any options regarding the content visibility, by this i mean that all site’s contend will be displayed to all users. To display content based on users role or capabilities you can look for a plugin with a similar functionality. Unfortunately I can’t make any recommendation in this regard as we didn’t test any of the plugins which allow you to manage content display.
You ca look on the forums and see which other users recommend, test a few plugins and use the one which fits you best.

New version theme not have visibility option in Widgets.

Sorry for misunderstanding you.
We removed that option because now the theme does not show the default block title, it display the tile only if a custom one it’s set: http://screencast.com/t/pqCFKomomw

The theme functionalities is the same, the difference is that is not required to have a block title. If you want to display a title you can simply add it on its field: http://screencast.com/t/N4AlIkW5 If you don’t want a title for a specific just leave the field empty.
