I can’t customize my widgets . It’s frozen. Also, my sidebar is empty in my post window. But sidebar is visible in home page only.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch.

Please ensure the PHP memory to be increased according to our documentation which I gave you above. Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.
